Can you ship to my country?
 
We can ship our products to worldwide, such as United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Ireland, France and New Zealand, Switzerland expect Germany.
 
All items will be dispatched the same day once payment received before 3:00 p.m.
You will recieve your products in 5-7 working days after we dispatch.
Shipping to Malta,Ireland,Mexico may take 6-9 working days.
Please make sure all your information is correct. Any information error can not request the reshipment in the future.
 
When do you ship my order after my payment?

How do you ship the products? How much does shipping cost?
 
In order to ensure our customer to get the item soon, we ship products by DHL in most cases. Besides, we sometimes send items by EMS and Regular Post Service according to different situation.
The shipping cost is according to the weight of your order and displayed on the detailed page of the product.
 
When can I track my order? How can I track my order? Is there a tracking number?
 
Once order is shipped, we will email our customer a tracking number and the tracking website within 24-48 hours.
 
My order is shipped, why isn't there any tracking information available online for the registered Airmail/EMS/DHL package?
 
Online tracking is only available after the carriers have a chance to initially scan the package. Between the times when the item leaves and the time when it is scanned, tracking numbers may not show any results. In terms of Express packages (sent via EMS/DHL), the delay is about 24 to 48 hours. For Airmail packages, it takes 3 to 5 working days for postal tracking to show online.
